The LBB and the Health and Human Services Commission appeared yesterday in front of Senate Finance Committee. The LBB laid out the recommendations found in SB1, The Senate Appropriations Bill and HHSC laid out their response to the Bill and what their continuing needs are. With the Bill being based on current law, there were no contingent adjustments made for the possible repeal of the Affordable Care Act. Testimony and member questions and comments are included.
