This report contains the decisions made by the Conference Committee on Appropriations. Every effort was made to portray the decisions accurately. The Conference Committee decisions included refined caseload estimates from the LBB as well as not covering cost growth. While the methodology was not presented, the numbers still stand. Both the Senate and House had included funding for LBB-projected fiscal year 2018 without cost growth, but the Senate had maintained this level in fiscal year 2019. The Conference decision reflected the refined numbers of the LBB.
