The House Appropriations Committee, Article II Subcommittee met yesterday to update decisions on appropriation riders. Those changes are contained in this report. Every effort was made to reflect accurate committee decisions, but the documents were not shared with the public and often times Committee members were either not speaking into their microphones or were speaking in hushed tones.
