The Senate Finance Committee met to discuss at a very high level, the issues related to rising health care costs in Article II. The Committee heard from the Legislative Budget Board, The Comptroller of Public Accounts, the Health and Human Services Commission, The Employees Retirement System, The Teacher’s Retirement System, and the Department of Criminal Justice.
