This document contains the adopted decisions by both the House and Senate for the Health and Human Services Commission. The riders for all of Article II will be presented in a comparison document separately that is still under development, however because of the extreme interest in the cost containment rider, the Senate adjusted rider has been presented​ at the end of the report.
