The Texas Department of Insurance and the Health and Human Services Commission held a joint meeting today for stakeholder to receive an update and provide initial input into the data collection activities related to HB10 with regard to collecting and comparing data from health benefit plan issuers subject to Subchapter F, Chapter 1355, Insurance Code, as added by this Act, on medical or surgical benefits and mental health condition or substance use disorder benefits.
